Predict the next nap
Know when the next sleep window opens, before overtiredness and tears show up.
Inside the app
What Siestita looks like
A night-friendly interface that won’t blind you at 3 am, with what matters always at a glance.
Why Siestita
What makes Siestita different
Not just another sleep log: Siestita answers your questions with your baby’s own data, spots night wakings for you, uncovers what really affects their nights, puts naps at the centre and adapts when you cross time zones.
Selene: an AI assistant that knows their sleep
Ask why they’re waking more or when to put them down tonight, and Selene answers with your baby’s data: their last 30 days, their own averages and the window the app is predicting right now. No generic advice. It’s optional and included in Premium: nothing is sent until you switch it on, your conversations stay private and it never replaces your paediatrician.
Night waking detection
Sleep with a watch or band? Siestita reads your sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect and, if it broke overnight, suggests the waking pre-filled: confirm it in one tap and it sharpens tomorrow’s prediction. Nothing is ever logged on its own.
Synergies: what really affects their sleep
Log what happened in one tap (vaccine, travel, teething or anything you type) and Siestita crosses it with that night’s sleep against your own averages. Every signal shows how many nights it’s based on: data, not horoscopes.
Naps at the centre
Most apps only look at the night. In Siestita the whole day revolves around the nap: a countdown to the next one, wake windows that recalculate with every log, and predictions built on your baby’s real sleep, not just age charts.
Adapts when you travel
Cross a time zone and Siestita notices when you open the app: it asks whether your baby travelled with you and, once you confirm, the whole schedule moves to the new local time. Your history never shifts: every night keeps its day, clock changes included.
Only your data, and only if you turn it on: Siestita reads just your sleep, nothing more, and Selene stays off until you switch it on. Your family never sees your sleep or your conversations, and synergies are computed on your device.

Frequently asked questions about Siestita
What is Siestita?
Siestita is a baby sleep tracker app for ages 0 to 24 months (iOS and Android): you log naps and nights in one tap, it learns your baby’s real rhythm and predicts their next sleep window. It also includes wake window, nap and schedule guides for every age, in the app and on this site.
How does Siestita know when my baby should sleep?
It combines two things: the recommended wake windows for your baby’s age and the real patterns you log every day. After a few days of use, predictions adjust to your baby, not an average baby.
From what age can I use it?
From birth. With newborns it helps you keep track of feeds and naps; from 3–4 months, when clear wake windows appear, it really shines.
Does it replace my paediatrician?
No. Siestita is an informational tool for organising day-to-day sleep. For any concern about your baby’s health or development, always check with your paediatrician.
How does Siestita detect night wakings?
If you sleep with a watch or band, Siestita can read your sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect (only your sleep, nothing else, and only if you allow it). When your rest breaks during your baby’s night, it suggests that waking and you confirm, adjust or dismiss it in one tap. Nothing is ever logged automatically.
What are synergies?
You log day events in one tap (vaccine, travel, teething, daycare or anything you type) and Siestita crosses them with that night’s sleep, compared against your own averages from the last 90 days. Every association shows how many nights it’s based on and how strong the signal is, and it’s all computed on your device.
What is Selene?
Selene is Siestita’s AI assistant, optional and included in Premium. You ask about your baby’s sleep in writing and it answers with their own data: the last 30 days day by day, their monthly medians, the observations the app already shows you and the window predicted at that moment. Nothing is sent until you switch it on with explicit consent, your conversations are private and you can delete them whenever you like. It doesn’t diagnose or replace your paediatrician, and predictions are still computed by the app on your device.
When will the app be available?
Very soon: Siestita is coming shortly to the App Store and Google Play, in English and Spanish. Meanwhile, you can use the wake windows calculator for free right from your browser.
